Return Policy

If you are not absolutely 100% satisfied with an item within 30 days of the order delivery, you may return the merchandise item(s) for a refund.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted without a Return Authorization! In order to obtain a Return Authorization please send an email to us at zebravalance@aol.com. Write RETURN REQUEST in the subject line. Write a request for return of the item. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email notification with the return address and all other relevant instructions. Please make sure that the returned merchandise is in its original condition and packaging unused and unsoiled.

DO NOT RETURN DAMGED, SOILED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! (If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, see our policy on DAMAGED PRODUCTS.) Shipping charges for returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Return the merchandise via a tractable shipping method. Your return will be refunded once the returned merchandise has been received, processed and inspected. Damaged or soiled merchandise will not be refunded or returned to you.

  • Returns which are outside the 30 days return period: Will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Returns with 3 items or more: Will incur a 15% large-return fee.
  • Returns with merchandise purchased through a free shipping offer: Will incur a 15% free shipping return fee.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Will incur a 25% non-compliance fee.

Special notice: theelectricmarmalade.comoffers a special extended return period for the holiday season, merchandise ordered after November 15th may be returned up until January 31st.

Damaged Products

Please make sure you inspect the delivered products upon receipt. Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. To report a damaged or defective product, please open a customer service case by emailing us at mailto:zebravalance@aol.com write, Problem: Damaged/Defective in the subject line. We will notify you as soon as a case has been opened for you.

We require a digital picture of the damaged/defective merchandise in order to process your case. Once your case is processed a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible. (You may upload pictures to your case only after it has been created.)

  • Returns of damaged or defective merchandise - will not be accepted.
